Disconsolate

I am disconsolate
I cannot be consoled
I have a sadness
That cannot be controlled

I am demoralized
My confidence is shaken
I could not be lonelier
I feel so forsaken

And I appreciate your trying to enliven me
But I dont want to be cheered up, cant you see
